DEFECTIVE or INCORRECT ITEMS
All items sold by JEFA Tech are "brand new" unless otherwise specified. If the item stated as brand new is found defective on arrival or incorrect item was shipped, JEFA Tech will replace the item at no cost to the buyer upon notice of the problem. For Engenius and Linksys products, you must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty, repair or return assistance. Notice of defective or incorrect items must be received within 5 business days of reciept of shipment.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Any item may be returned for a full refund within 30 days after receiving the merchandise. Merchandise must be in new, saleable condition and in original packaging to receive a full refund. If the item is not in new, saleable condition, or if parts are missing, the item(s) may be refused and sent back to you or a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded in any case. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the receipt of the returned item.
CUSTOM CABLE POLICY
Custom pigtails/cable assemblies are not returnable due to incorrect ordering by the buyer. This includes Low Loss 195, Low Loss 400, and Low Loss 600 cable assemblies. Custom pigtail/cable assemblies are covered by our standard repair and replacement policy in the case of defects and/or construction errors.
EXCHANGES
If a incorrect item was ordered and buyer would like an exchange, this is accomplished by the return of the incorrect item for a refund and the placing of a new order for the correct item by the buyer. The new order can be placed at any time, either before or after the original item is returned.
RMA NUMBER REQUIREMENT
A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) must be obtained before returning any items. Please use our online RMA Request Form to request an RMA number. Requests for an RMA# must be made within 30 days of the reciept of merchandise. Any returned package without an RMA# can delay processing and may be refused.
RETURN SHIPPING
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. For the Buyer's protection, Buyer must ship the merchandise with a carrier that can track and/or confirm delivery of the returned package.
