JEFA Tech produces custom FAKRA cable assemblies! We support any and all FAKRA Code/Color and Gender. JEFA Tech uses the highest quality Amphenol brand FAKRA connectors in manufacturing of our cable assemblies.
FAKRA has its origin in automotive applications, but it is gaining traction in many other areas as more things move into automation. FAKRA works to standardize the individual cables in a cable bundle. It is an SMB connector internally, but the keying on the outer shell makes it specific to each application and makes sure each individual cable in the bundle is connected without error.
Below is a chart to show you the color and key code along with the corresponding application identified. Here at JEFA Tech, we have mostly had customer demand for C and D code (GSM - cellular) and H code (GPS) related to cellular broadband modem/routers, but we support all FAKRA Codes and Colors.
