SUMMARY OF OUR RETURN POLICY
If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered:
- We will arrange return shipment of the item and ship you a new item
- You must make this claim within 7 days of receipt of the product
Return for Refund - within 30 Days of purchase:
- You may return your item(s) for any reason for a refund
- You are responsible for shipment of the item to us
- A full refund will be provided as long as item can still be sold as new, if not there may be a restocking fee
- Return must be received within 10 days of RMA being issued (in other words, you can't request an RMA within the 30 day period, then return the item 3 months later)
After 30 days and up to the end of product warranty period:
- You may send an item to us for warranty repair or replacement
- You are responsible for shipment of the item to us
- Item will be repaired or replaced at our discretion
- We will cover standard (Ground) shipping back to you. If you want faster shipping, you can pay the difference in cost
- If a product's warranty is not listed on its product page, it has a one year warranty
Custom Cables:
- A custom cable is any cable assembly where you have specified a specific length and connector combination to be installed
- Custom cable assemblies are not returnable unless it was our mistake
- We will work with you to solve the problem
