JEFA Tech Outdoor Rated, Shielded Cat6 - UV Resistant, Direct Burial, Ground Wire with ToughCable Connectors

I had a POE powered access point I needed to install in my back yard away from the house and this cable was perfect. Easy to bury with e very small trough and had now issues providing power and data to the access point. Well made cable and connectors. Time will tell about durability, but I don't see any weaknesses so I have high hopes.

I live in a bunch of valleys and it's hard to get much signal from anything so I have a remote box running that the top of one of the hills with ethernet running up there. It carries POE and data over a pretty long distance so I need a good cable. My last one I just ran on top of the ground and after a year something decided to eat through it. This one is pretty beefy so I imagine whatever it was that craved copper would have a much harder time. Even so, I'm running it through conduit too. Everything about this one feels well-made and durable. The wire is less flexible than your average cat-6 but still a 6" radius is no problem and I know this means it will just stand up to more abuse. The connectors are great too and while I don't need the shielding as much I appreciate it being there. 300 feet was a lot to unspool and thankfully it was wound nicely so it wasn't a problem at all. Very happy with the cable.

My chicken coop is about 250 feet from my house. I needed this to bury in the ground from my house to the coop. It's direct burial cable so I can run it underground. Just like all burial cables, it's not very flexible. It worked perfectly for my needs. Recommend, five stars.

This is a more premium option for CAT6 cables, which could potentially be worth it if you have a lot of possible interference in your neighborhood or around certain parts of your home, like the wall next to a microwave. The reason for this, and the price tag, is because of its many interference-blocking components. It has an aluminum shield with polyester-backed foil shielding, which is incredibly effective at keeping outside interference from getting in. Having an ESD drain wire keeps the shielding around the wires a direct connection to the ground, which sends outside interference to the ground wire instead of the data wires. Each set of wires is also twisted apart from each other instead of together, which defends against interference from each other.These additional blockers do come at the cost of the cable being incredibly inflexible, it's not something you'll typically enjoy working with even though it has many of the best features. However, you do get the peace of mind of knowing there aren't going to be any issues and it'll last a long time.I haven't been able to test the full bandwidth capabilities, but the cable is currently supporting our 500 MBPS internet connection (About 62.5MB/s).

I needed a reliable ethernet cable to run from my house to my detached garage, and this outdoor shielded cable has been perfect. It's tough enough to withstand the elements, and I haven't experienced any signal loss or connectivity issues.
