JEFA Tech Low Loss 240 FLEX is ideal for portable operation when small cable size and flexibility is important. It has signal lower loss and is more flexible as compared to Low Loss 195. It has an overall outside diameter of 0.240 inches. It features a stranded copper center conductor which will not break under repeated motion and provides greater flexibility, a foam dielectric and double shielding for low signal loss and interference rejection, and a UV protected, Polyethylene jacket.

The best 240 wire

It's very nice to have a foil shield that peels back easy, no one else comes close. Before I bought your 240 I bought one from Times Microwave and the foil is baked on so hard you cannot peal it back at all. I had the seller and the Microwave rep say why would I want to peal it back? I could not believe I had to explain to them that you don't want the center pin in a 259 connector to touch the foil and short out expensive equipment, that you need a little 1/8 insulator showing - without the foil - for insurance it does not touch the center pin, and I also said the Microwave outer covering is made out of rubber, and pulling it lightly through a hole into the house ruined the wire, it easily snags with little resistance in the hole and folds over itself into a ripple, than bunches up and the wire is ruined. I asked the Microwave rep do you have the harder plastic to put on the outer shell and he said yes we do but we don't put it on the 240 he said that's what you get. I told him that wire is junk as far as I'm concerned. Than found you guys this is the best 240 I've had so far. The pure copper center I was looking for and a foil that was not welded to the insulator, Very nice to work with. Good job on the 240 wire, the best I've seen so far. Keep up the good work. I've told a bunch of ham operators how nice it is since I got the sample kit, I have nothing but good to say about it. Thanks again.
